Theses

1) Master Thesis on consruction of tools to transfer two dimensional materials for the fabrication of nanodevices.
The devices will be obtained by 2D superlattices of semiconductor and metallic layers and will be studied by
Electric measurements also resolved at the nanometer on the basal plane, by microscopies and spectroscopies ( raman, XPS) .
The tool will be able to pick up and release by tuning the temperature of elastic polymeric surfaces interacting with the 2D material, like Graphene, CrCl3, MoS2 and many other with ultra-sensitivity to peculiar fields like current and light magnetic fields.

Duration 6-8 months.

2) Master thesis to be led in collaboration with ItalNanotech company to study electromagnetic properties and compatibility of functionalized Carbon fiber
materials for several applications from automotive to aviation. Work will be led both in Camerino and in Ascoli Piceno as stage. Project is included in the MARLIC Regione MArche platform for biomaterials.

Duration 6-8 months.

3) Master thesis in collaboration with Nuclear Physics Laboratory to be developed in Legnaro ( INFN National Lab) on the
67Cu production by solid traget of ZnO, through 68Zn(p,2p)-.>67Cu reaction on gold backing, that are optimal for radionuclide based nanodrugs to be used in theranostic
applications . The study will include measurements of contaminants by means of a dedicated apparatus in Camerino as well.

Duration 8 months.
